Your files are not stored

A file is accepted only to perform the selected operation. DOKIVO is not a cloud drive or document archive.

Lifecycle

  1. The file is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  2. Processing runs in a temporary workspace limited to the task.
  3. Source and result files are deleted after the result is returned to your device.
  4. If a controlled error occurs, the temporary job directory is cleaned while the error is handled.

What is not kept in records?

Document contents, file copies and filenames are not sent to the account, analytics or support conversation.

Cross-border processing

International processing runs on European infrastructure. The transfer mechanism, possible risks and separate explicit-consent requirement are explained in the KVKK notice.
