KVKK notice

This notice informs users in Türkiye about personal-data processing in the free DOKIVO pilot and transfer outside Türkiye.

Purpose and data

A file is processed temporarily only to perform the operation requested by the user. Email supports the account, quota and support communication. IP and technical records support security and abuse prevention. File copies are not stored.

Transfer outside Türkiye

International processing runs on infrastructure in the European Union. Transfer mechanism: Explicit informed consent under KVKK Article 9(6)(a) for the isolated international pilot and user-initiated processing on EU infrastructure

Possible risks and explicit consent

Foreign laws and lawful authority requests may apply, and available remedies may differ from those in Türkiye. During account registration, explicit consent under KVKK Article 9(6)(a) is requested in a separate checkbox from the Terms and general data-processing consent. Refusing consent prevents account creation. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before it.
